Social campaign concepts for real estate, roofing and home services
Three fictional brands, three campaign ideas. Each one shows how I turn a business offer into a set of posts that look like one brand and end in a clear next step.
These are three speculative social media campaign concepts by Abdul Sami: a real estate listing launch (Cedar & Coast), a roofing trust-to-offer set (Ridgeline Roofing) and a seasonal home maintenance series (Haven Home Care). The brands are fictional and no results are claimed. They show how I plan, design and write social media content for U.S. real estate and home service businesses.

Cedar & Coast: launch a listing like a story
Most listing posts are one photo and the words "Just listed". Buyers scroll past them. This concept spreads one property over a three-slide carousel, so the post answers three questions in order: what is the home, what is it like to live there, and what is the neighborhood like.
What is in the set
- Slide 1, the hook: the exterior at golden hour with the line "Coastal living reimagined" and the location.
- Slide 2, the detail: a kitchen close-up headed "Thoughtful details".
- Slide 3, the area: a sunset street scene with "A vibrant neighborhood".
- Next step: a suggested call to action asking for a showing request by message.

Ridgeline Roofing: earn trust before the leak
People do not look for a roofer until something goes wrong, so the content has to build trust before the need shows up. This concept runs in three steps: inspect, prove, offer.
What is in the set
- Post 1, trust: a roofer on site with "Protect what matters" and professional roof inspections.
- Post 2, proof: gloved hands on shingles with "Built to last" and quality workmanship.
- Post 3, offer: the finished home with "A stronger home starts at the top" and a "Schedule a roof assessment" button.

Haven Home Care: tie every post to the season
HVAC and plumbing demand moves with the weather. A fall maintenance post works because the reader already feels the cold coming. This concept ties each post to one season and one booking action.
What is in the set
- "Comfort runs better here": a technician servicing an outdoor unit, with HVAC maintenance for every season.
- "A home that feels good all year long": a homeowner talking with a technician, with HVAC, plumbing and maintenance in one line.
- "Seasonal maintenance keeps home happier": an autumn card with three benefits (cleaner air, fewer surprises, a more comfortable home) and a "Schedule now" button.

Frequently asked questions
Are these campaigns from real clients?
No. Cedar & Coast, Ridgeline Roofing and Haven Home Care are fictional brands, and no campaign results are claimed. The photos in the concepts were created with AI image tools and designed into layouts. Real client work is on the case studies page.
Can you build something like this for my business?
Yes. I build your own version from your brand colors, your real photos, your offer and your service area. The concepts show the direction, not a template I resell.
What do I need to send to get started?
Your logo and brand colors if you have them, 5 to 10 real photos of your work or listings, a list of your main services or offer, your service area, and links to your social profiles.
Which platforms are these concepts designed for?
Instagram and Facebook feeds, including carousels. The same designs can be resized for stories and Meta ads.
Do you work with U.S. businesses from Pakistan?
Yes. I am based in Lahore and work remotely with businesses in the United States, Canada, the UAE and Europe. We stay in touch by WhatsApp or email.
How do we start and what does it cost?
Start with a free social media audit: you send your page and I review it by hand. Plans and prices are on the pricing page, with month-to-month terms.
