AI automation that saves you hours
Workflows that answer leads, schedule content and send reports on their own, with a person approving anything your customers see.
AI automation connects your tools so repetitive work runs on its own, with AI used where it helps and a person approving anything customer-facing. Abdul Sami builds workflow automations for small and medium businesses and agencies in Make and similar tools: lead capture and follow-up, content pipelines and reporting. He starts with the smallest useful workflow, tests it on real data and hands it over in your own accounts. Pricing is quoted after a short scoping call.
Workflows that pay for themselves

Lead capture and follow-up
A new enquiry is saved, you are alerted and the lead gets an instant reply with your booking link.
Content pipelines
Draft, approve and schedule posts across platforms, with a human approval step.
Reporting
Weekly ad and social numbers pulled together and sent to you or your client.
Data hand-offs
Forms, spreadsheets and CRM kept in sync with no copy and paste.
Notifications
The right person is alerted in WhatsApp, email or chat when something needs attention.
AI drafting
AI writes first drafts of replies, captions or summaries for you to approve.
Make, n8n or Zapier?

| Zapier | Make | n8n | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ease of start | Easiest | Visual, moderate | Technical |
| Control for complex flows | Basic to moderate | High | Very high |
| Hosting | Cloud | Cloud | Cloud or self-hosted |
| Best for | Simple two-step automations | Multi-step flows on a budget | Technical teams and custom needs |
Pricing and features change often. I recommend the tool that fits your volume and skills, not the one I prefer.
Find the first workflow worth building

Where do leads wait?
If enquiries sit unanswered for hours, speed to lead is your first automation.
What do you repeat weekly?
Posting, reporting and invoicing reminders are easy wins.
Where do you copy and paste?
Any task that moves data by hand between tools can be automated.
What breaks when you are busy?
Follow-ups, reviews and reminders are the usual casualties.
Automations I run in my own business

Lead capture on this site
A form with spam protection saves each lead privately, emails me, sends an automatic reply with a booking link and records the lead as an analytics event.
AI content pipeline
I built a pipeline with Make, Telegram, an AI avatar tool and a scheduler to produce and schedule content for my own channel.
Tracking that feeds decisions
WhatsApp, email and booking clicks are tracked so I can see which pages bring leads.

Before you reach out

What is AI automation for a small business?
It means connecting your tools so repetitive work runs by itself: new leads are saved and answered, content is drafted and scheduled, and reports are sent on time. AI is added where it helps, such as drafting replies or summarising data, with a person approving anything customer-facing.
What can you automate first?
Start with the task that costs you the most time or money: speed to lead (instant reply and routing of new enquiries), content scheduling, weekly ad or social reports, and moving data between your forms, spreadsheets and CRM.
Make, n8n or Zapier: which should I use?
Zapier is the simplest to start with. Make gives you a visual builder with more control at a lower cost for complex flows. n8n can be self-hosted and suits technical teams. I mostly build in Make and will tell you honestly if another tool fits your case better.
Is it safe to let AI talk to my customers?
I keep a person in the loop for anything customer-facing. AI drafts, you approve. Workflows include error alerts, so a failed step never goes unnoticed.
How much does workflow automation cost?
It depends on the number of steps, the tools involved and the testing needed. I scope the smallest useful workflow first and quote it in writing before building.
Will I own the workflows?
Yes. They are built in your accounts and I hand over a short document that explains what each one does.
Do you build automations for agencies?
Yes. Agencies often need client reporting, lead routing and content pipelines. See the white label page.
